Mindful Eating

This 60-minute workshop guides participants to discover a more compassionate, balanced, and sustainable relationship with food through mindset shifts, craving awareness, and mindful eating practices

Outcomes

  • Shift perceptions of food and develop a healthier, more empowering mindset around eating

  • Build awareness of cravings and learn strategies to respond thoughtfully rather than reactively

  • Cultivate clarity and confidence in creating a healthier, sustainable relationship with food
